| T/C's Recoil ProofTM Pistol
Scopes have been designed to withstand the rigors of heavy recoil
produced when firing heavy centerfire rifle cartridges in the Contender®
or Encore®. These scopes have the finest lenses in the world and are
precision ground, polished and coated to provide maximum light gathering
ability. They are nitrogen filled to prevent fogging in adverse weather
conditions. The turret caps are weather-proof, and scope components are
sealed to keep out dust and moisture. Selected models have a lighted
centerplex reticle. The intensity of the reticle is controlled by a
battery powered rheostat on the scope. By simply turning the switch, the
crosshairs are illuminated for better sight in low light conditions. |

Detachable Rings (set of 2). Medium and High height detachable rings
which lock to any WeaverTM style base allowing quick removal
and reinstallation of scope while maintaining the rifle's zero. For
1" tubes only. WeaverTM style medium size detachable top
mount rings will accommodate scopes with objective bells up to 43mm O.D.
(1 5/8"), the High top rings will accommodate scopes with objective
bells up to 51mm O.D. (2"). |

Contender® and Encore®. The heavy-duty rings are an integral part of
the base. The rings/ base combo attaches directly to the barrels. No
drilling and tapping is necessary. |
