Beretta Shotgun Stocks, Forends, Recoil Pads and Buttplates

All the stocks and forends below are new Beretta factory replacement stocks. No recoil pads are included unless specifically noted.

Length of Pull

Short stock kits have a one inch shorter length of pull than standard stocks. The three kits above have a 13.5 inch length of pull.

Stock is the term for the large rear portion of the unit that goes against your shoulder. Fore-end is the term for the smaller forward portion of the unit that goes under the barrel. These items are sold separately.

Shotgun Stock and Forend Notes

Urika stocks and forends fit the Urika II shotguns.

Stocks and forends are not interchangeable between the 390 and 391 shotguns.

Xtrema , Xtrema II, and Urika stocks are interchangeable.

All Xtrema and Xtrema II Stocks are made from synthetic materials. (no wood)

391 Stocks are all interchangeable. 391 Forends are different for the Optima Bore (OB) barrels because OB barrels are 1mm larger in outside diameter than the non-OB barrels. Generally, newer guns have the OB barrels. Non-OB forends need a little work to fit the OB barrels. Conversely, OB forends used on the smaller non-OB barrels will fit a little loose unless you add some tape to the forend to take up the slack.

Beretta 390 stocks are interchangeable with Beretta 3901 Shotgun stocks

The barrel will be marked OB on the left side of the barrel if its
overbored . All overboard barrels have lengthened forcing cones An over
bored barrel is 1mm larger in diameter than a non-overbored barrel. Overbored barrels are designated as OB or Optima Bore.

Standard 12 ga bore diameter is .724" for Beretta shotguns. OB barrels have a bore diameter of .731" to .733" to improve patterns.

Introduced as an option in the new 391 Xtrema 2 the Kick-Off reduction system (patent pending) is a device that features two hydraulic recoil dampers incorporated into stock “spacer” unit. Tested and proven to reliably operate under the harshest climate extremes, this system combined with other features of the Xtrema 2 can reduce recoil perceived by the shooter up to 44 percent over other shotguns.

Adding the Kick Off system to your Xtrema 1 or synthetic stock Urika and Urika 2 requires replacement of the original stock to the new Xtrema 2 type. The Xtrema 2 stock with the Kick-Off system is offered in kit form with finishes in black (part # EK68618), Max-4 camouflage (part # EK68619), and Hardwoods HD camouflage (part # EK68620). The kit includes a stock and a Kick-Off assembly.

Notes for all installations of the Kick-Off system:

Installation is straight forward, similar to changing the drop / cast spacers per your instruction manual. Be prepared to drill a hole for the swivel installation (if you require one). Please note that installation of the Kick-Off unit or the Kick-Off kit with the correct pad will provide a length of pull of 14.25 inches, this dimension can not be made any shorter.
